***UPDATED Yet another outstanding service experience from BSJ. This time Aaron came out to look at our water heater. He even called the water heater manufacturer for us and ordered a replacement part. When we found the item was out of stock, BSJ found an in stock part somewhere else and then Fred came and installed it right away. We thought we were going to have to go without hot water for a long time, but thanks to BSJ, we did not and their pricing was extremely fair!!*** I will DEFINITELY use BSJ for any of my plumbing needs in the future. Neil was our plumber, and he was honest, fair, thorough, and kind. He was able to find a solution to a problem that another plumber was going to charge over 3 times the amount for, and did not have to jackhammer our floor, like the other plumber was going to do. We are very confident in the job he did and the integrity of this company. Not to mention the plumbers wear booties and a mask inside your home, making you feel even more safe and cared for.

Worked with George on a major demo - including moving HVACs, water heaters, and a whole kitchen. Justin is a quality person. He arrived at the scheduled time to check for a plumbing leak on our property. Within 15 minutes he confirmed what I suspect - that we had a leak in our pool. Since pool leak detection and repair is not his business, he did not charge me for any service, but he had me pointed in the right direction. Super guy. Super attitude! When I need his actual services he will be the guy I call.

Supreme Emergency Service!!! Broken angle stop behind toilet in a tight corner required me to turn off the water to the entire house at 5pm on a Saturday. First call to one of the guys that advertise on TV would have left me without water for several hours. Called Diggers Plumbing and he responded faster than a 911 call.. literally here in minutes. Came out and did a great job fixing the problem at a fair price. We were very pleased and would use Diggers Plumbing again. (Work done fast! As I type this review I would still be waiting for the guy from TV to get here)
