I was thoroughly impressed with the service. I had a few repairs that I had been quoted on & I am so glad I didn’t go with those. The work this company did was affordable & much simpler that what the other companies were trying to do. You can tell he understands his trade unlike anyone else. A stellar plumber & the only one I’ll use.

Great service all around from gal who answered my call to talking to warranty company on water heater and Robert was very thorough and made sure job was done correctly. A second plumber Aaron stopped by and assisted as it was late in the day and they wanted make sure we had hot water. Great service and company.

Absolutely wonderful experience, and I would recommend them to anyone. Chris Ball was very fast, polite, and detailed with the work he performed. I called in at 8:45 and had a plumber by 9:30, and the whole process was done in an hour. That's really incredible, and I really like the quality of work they did.

Our property management company uses Dugan Plumbing. They called me quickly to schedule a time frame, then Tim called me again to let me know he was on the way so I could meet him there. Tim was so friendly and informative and had the job done in no time! As a tenant, I was really happy with the communication level to me, as well as the property manager. Everything looks and works not just as good as, but much better than before there was a leak!

Brandon was my technician and he was awesome. Great service and very friendly guy. Some of these companies have some scary people working for them. This guy was punctual, professional, quick and I couldnt ask for anything more. I will definately be useing this company in the future for any plumbing issues i have.

My toilet was leaking I didn’t know where the water was coming from so I called kitchen and bath plumbing they send a technician out by the name of Nicholas and this guy was just amazing I thought I needed a whole new toilet but that wasn’t the case this gentleman reassured me that everything was fine and that we just needed a new ring for the toilet so he brought it out and fixed it these guys are awesome I would refer them to anybody

After Moms passing we are faced with many issues in trying to prepare to sell her home. We encountered a plumbing issue. Davis Plumbing came out and quickly rodded the main and we thought all was fixed. But in a day we had gurgling in a sink and tub which concerned us naturally. We called Davis again and they came out and re-rodded and were confident that all was well and the 2nd visit was no charge. Solar water heater, got the run around and never followed up. Plus charged a $135 service call. They had no idea what the problem was. I finally found someone who identified the problem immediately. Wasted a couple of weeks with these people and no hot water.

arrived out same day and was able to install a toilet in as little as 2 hours! Explained to me in detail, and left spic and span! Will ask for Jayce again!

Used Diggers once before, that experience was good. Wish I could say the same for the second time we tried to use their services. Made an appt. with Joe, which was both verbal and by text and it had it be reshedule
On the day of because he took another job over my appt. Came the following day and looked over the job, (leaking tub faucet) said he would come the next day to fix it and we never heard from him. Very Unprofessional !
