He was friendly and patient as my 2 year old decided to be his assistant. Got the job done in our bathroom sink with ease and perfection. He quoted 30% below others, showing he values helping people. Kirk was our technician, and he is amazing! Very kind, professional and knowledgeable. We needed to have the pressuring reducing valve to our house replaced. They were almost HALF the cost of others we got estimates from. Absolutely recommend!!!

Solar water heater, got the run around and never followed up. Plus charged a $135 service call. They had no idea what the problem was. I finally found someone who identified the problem immediately. Wasted a couple of weeks with these people and no hot water.

When my 92 year old father came to live with me I needed a new toilet fit for him to use. Jared did a wonderful job installing the toilet and special seat. He also explained the features of the special seat so I would be able to help my dad use it correctly. Great job at an affordable price.

Lighthouse installed my water softener several years ago. I live in Phoenix and our water has one of the highest mineral contents and hardest water in the country. The water softener is amazing. This weekend my water heater went out and I asked Lighthouse if they would install a tankless water heater. Their team did a commercial grade installation today and now I have endless hot water from a Rinnai Natural Gas tankless system. Lighthouse Plumbing is a top notch professional company. If you want a high end install and a company that cares about the quality of their work, call them.

I had a valve break in my bathroom over the holiday weekend and called PlumbSmart. Not only were they able to come out the first business day but everything was fixed in a short amount of time. Sam was very nice and explained the issue and what was needed to fix and answers all of my questions.
