Best experience with a plumbing company. The appointment was booked within a few minutes for the next day. The technician called when he was on his way over. The technician was polite and professional. The price was the same as quoted over the phone.I am completely satisfied and will use this company again.

Past couple of time had a few employees showed no integrity in company. Mr Roy showed integrity for Parker and Sons to provide a great customer service. I hope to continue to see that performance as we continue to get services from Parker and Sons.

My garbage disposal died and thereafter my kitchen sink was unusable, plugged. Kyler came out and determined the problem. He was quick and competent and personable. I also had a bathroom sink that was sluggish, and Jose Aguilar ('Petey') came out to check that out. Both guys were very good to explain what they were doing. Kyler went above the immediate problem and flushed my hot water heater, then tested the water pressure into my home. He explained why my high pressure could be a problem down the line, and he offered a solution. I was very happy with the outcomes of their assistance, and would recommend their work to anyone.

Absolutely a terrible HVAC company to deal with. I purchased a new Fulton Home last year, and Chas Roberts did the install. We have had multiple issues with the system in this short period of time, they come out and claim to fix the problem, but then the same issue happens again. Last month our unit shut down and it took them 1 1/2 days to respond. The technician supposedly fixed the problem, then last week the same issue happened again. I was told it would take two days for service. I was irate, and asked for a supervisor to call me. No one ever called me. I had to hire another company to come out and get the unit running again. Last night another issue and it shut down. Many of my neighbors are having the same problem with this company, and now we are being told we can't get service until September, which is a week away. This company should lose their license and the Registrar of Contractors needs to shut them down. Sharing equal blame is Fulton Homes. Shame on them for hiring such a horrible HVAC contractor. They should have zero stars but Google required me to at least pick one star.
