***UPDATED Yet another outstanding service experience from BSJ. This time Aaron came out to look at our water heater. He even called the water heater manufacturer for us and ordered a replacement part. When we found the item was out of stock, BSJ found an in stock part somewhere else and then Fred came and installed it right away. We thought we were going to have to go without hot water for a long time, but thanks to BSJ, we did not and their pricing was extremely fair!!*** I will DEFINITELY use BSJ for any of my plumbing needs in the future. Neil was our plumber, and he was honest, fair, thorough, and kind. He was able to find a solution to a problem that another plumber was going to charge over 3 times the amount for, and did not have to jackhammer our floor, like the other plumber was going to do. We are very confident in the job he did and the integrity of this company. Not to mention the plumbers wear booties and a mask inside your home, making you feel even more safe and cared for.

I contacted Greg and told him I bought a new home and wanted a water softner for it he recommended a local company's Green unit. He had the softner system in a couple days and was out to install it. I wanted the softner moved close to the sidewall to maximize garage space and he even put a nozzle on for washing my cars. Great quality work and experience.

He is very professional and gave exceptional customer service explaining the process in order to fix the problem for materials needing to be replaced and fairness of pricing given to us by his company. Throughout this journey, his scheduler Jackie was very professional offering to get in touch with George right away when questions arose and calling right back with answers. Jim does great work. He was very professional and took care of my Bath tub and shower problems as well as a hand sink. He shows up on time and trouble shoots the job and makes sure everything is functioning perfect before he leaves. After getting a $10,000 guote from another plumbing company Davis plumbing came out and repaired it for $139. It has been great for the last 2 weeks and the toilets they also replaced are great. Having them come back out and do other facets It's great to see companies that know what they are doing and not just throwing money at a problem. Great job

Over the years I used Scott many times. Both in our Gilbert home and here in Queen Creek. Seldom asked for a quote. I liked Scott and his work. I called yesterday and the day before. Doesn't have the courtesy of returning my calls. Guess he doesn't like repeat business anymore.
