Called to ask for a quote. Joe said he could come by next day and to send him my information. I did within a minute and have not heard from or seen him for over 3 days. Hope everyone else gets better service. I was hoping for better going to a smaller company. I was wrong.

State 48 moved some plumbing to expand a bathroom, they added plumbing for a washer/dryer and placed water lines for refrigerators. Casey and Adam did the work. They were great. They are very pleasant people to work with and good communicators. Both were very good at explaining what they were doing and why. After the majority of the job was complete a few things need to be tweaked which they came and did right away. I have already hired them to come back and install a tankless water heater and filtration system.

Had a 80+ foot main water line replaced from street to house via trenchless pipe replacement by Simply Better Plumbing. Only had to dig up areas around main water box and main line going into house. We were skeptical of this new method at first, but they were actually able to pull new water line underground entire way, i.e. under driveway, landscape and sidewalk. Can't say enough good stuff about this company. Installers were professional, aimed to please and were very amicable to work with. Owner Don swung by and introduced himself and helped with project. They cleaned up afterwards and you can't tell work was performed, landscape back to original condition. They honored their estimate even though they had to do some extra work and price for project was extremely reasonable. Very prompt and good follow thru with customer. We HIGHLY Recommend. I’d definitely recommend nick- he’s punctual, speaks clearly when we were first discussing work, had a zero pressure approach, and was more affordable compared w other companies.
