I would recommend BSJ to anyone looking for a plumber we ended up with a new water heater. They even made sure to fit us in same day so that we would have hot water the next. Juan was super friendly, Professional and went above and beyond to not only educate me on the issue but to fix it and show me what he did. He was fast and his work is clean. He even put the splitter I purchased on the faucet for me at no change. I will use this company again and a big bonus if they send Jaun to do the work.

I got a soft water tank installed. I purchased my own tank but that was no problem for the technician. The technician was experienced in not only the soft water tank install but the whole house pluming. Installed the tank in a just a few hours and even recognized that are water pressure mechanism (PRV) was faulty which helps because we will still be able to get it fixed for free under warranty. My only gripe would be with the price it seemed a little high for 2 1/2 hrs works and some piping, and there was no breakdown of charges. However hard to tell with the way all pluming companies do quotes and some want to charge you to come out. I made a choice to go with this company because of their reputation and they did not disappoint.

I hired Minuteman to replace a water heater, then I read the reviews. I was concerned! I called Wally up and asked him about the reviews, he did not try to make excuses, but said that he just wanted to provide the best service possible going forward. Great service is what I got. The plumber worked fast and efficiently, the job was done thoroughly with explanation all along the way. The price was exactly what was quoted. The mess was cleaned up afterward, and I got a follow up call after 2 days to make sure everything was working well. I am pleased that I gave them a chance, because it payed off well for me.

Really pricy and the person who did the repair left a huge mess. Like black soot and melted plastic all over my bathroom. This company doesn't seem to have actual employees, but instead is a referral to independents, which helps them avoid accountability. Definitely don't recommend.
