Pat is amazing at what he does. We have had Pat to our house a total of 4 times now. He has fixed a leak under our toilet, installed a new toilet, cleared a clogged bathroom sink, installed a new water heater, replaced all the filters and mounted an existing RO system to the wall, and he just repaired a leaking pipe we had underground. While our house has abnormal piping every job he has done has turned out impeccable. He’s coming back to repair another leak he noticed from a previous repair man. Pat is very honest and to the point. His pricing is very affordable and he doesn’t price gouge. We couldn’t be happier and lucky that we found Pat.

I requested service for replacement of my garage disposal, The whole process was very smooth and professional, quick and easy communication, Allen toomb was very nice and helpful, I am so happy that my garage disposal has been replaced and my dishwasher has no water left at the bottom, it can be drain completely after washing, if someone can told me earlier that my dishwasher has water left is because my garage disposal was not working, so I don’t have to replace my whole dishwasher! Find the right company is very important!

We had an appointment for a plumber to come out at noon. Someone text me at 8:34 about coming out. Since I live in a different state I told them to contact my daughter. She waited home from 12-5 and none showed up. When I called them this morning they told me they called me twice yesterday and I never answered. I told him I did NOT receive any calls (and I was happy to send him a screen shot of my call log) he basically called me a liar, said my phone was broken and told me to find another plumber. Nice, real professional!

They came out and looked at my problem and quickly diagnosed it. We were literally done in minutes. They were Honest and reliable. They have just became my personal plumber that I will use again.

Gregg and G&G Brothers has been my plumber for over 20 years. I have changed address in that time but not my plumber. His latest job was to replace my broken gas hot water tank with an electric hybrid hot water tank. Set a time and then no showed then I tryed giving a second chance and show up at a total different time tried convincing me that more work needed to be done then what actually needed to be done and also had equipment that did not work was very shady

Hired company a year ago to replace my water heater based on a friend's recommendation. Priced out an AO Smith at Lowe's, but ultimately decided on a Bradford White 40 gal gas direct from Plumber From Down Under. I found the value for the Bradford White and installation to be very reasonable. 2 guys showed up in the morning and were done in about 2 hours. I just performed my yearly maintenance flush last week and encountered no problems. I am very pleased with my choice of water heater and installation.

UPDATE 5/31/23: Heard pipes rattling whenever irrigation came on. Called Plumber from Down Under who came the next morning. 2 guys showed up wearing company polos and patiently walked me through their diagnosis. Ultimately replaced my pressure reducing valve (PRV) and pressure vacuum breaker. Spoke to a contractor friend the next day who asked me what I paid. When I told him, he said, Yep, that sounds about right. He examined the work and said they did a good job. Fair price, professional guys, and quality work.

We recently needed assistance with replacing our 3 faucet shower valve and Greg came out from Plumbing Express to help. He was a complete professional and even suggested that I could do it myself. Due to lack of time I was unable and had family coming in town, so he showed me how simple it was and completed the work really quickly. Greg was really cool and great guy.
