Best Plumbing Leak in Mesa AZ

Patrick (Affordable Plumber, Mesa AZ) has helped us twice so far: once with a gnarly kitchen sink clog a long way downstream; then today replacing a tank valve and taking out another ugly clog. He (they, given there are probably more than just one operating) has been EXCEPTIONALLY prompt, easy to get hold of, and perfectly consistent, timely, and successful at resolving our simple-seeming, yet definitely-not-for-amateurs issues. I appreciate everything about this guy; pretty cool human too.

I called BSJ yesterday for a problem with our toilet bolts. Michael Gisbran came out that afternoon to fix it. I couldn't believe that I got same day service, and such awesome service. It was a pleasure to get to know Michael. He is very professional and friendly at the same time. He did a wonderful job. I highly recommend BSJ Plumbing to everyone that has a need for a plumber. In the future if we need a plumbing repair we will look no further than this company.

Contacted Water Heaters Only when I had no hot water the morning of June 5, 2019. I was told a technician could arrive at my home within 2 hours and was provided a 3-hour window. Dillon was the technician who inspected my water heater. Dillon was pleasant, polite and explained in detail the issue with the old water heater. He provided an estimate for a new water heater as well as explain in detail the installation. Dillon had the new water heater installed within 2 hours and answered any questions I had during the process. Great customer service when I contacted the office to make the appointment as well as the technician. Thank you.
