Jerry is a an open & honest guy that really tries to help his customers! When the water main broke at my house, I was in Colorado for business. I called Jerry and he was over ASAP, stopped the leak & had water hooked back up. This wasn’t the first time Jerry’s done work for me and his customer service was still exceptional!

Originally, he came to our home for a kitchen sink drain clog only to discover water stains on the outside structure. He is very professional and gave exceptional customer service explaining the process in order to fix the problem for materials needing to be replaced and fairness of pricing given to us by his company. Throughout this journey, his scheduler Jackie was very professional offering to get in touch with George right away when questions arose and calling right back with answers. I highly recommend you give this business a call when water leaks occur. George was amazing and it is guaranteed if any plumbing concerns arise in the future for us, we will contact this company!

Justin came out within two days to look at my water softener system. He was very honest and trustworthy. He had to order a new system so had to wait a week longer for that but he agreed to come late in the afternoon to allow for my work schedule. He was friendly, reliable, and he knows his systems! I am very pleased with the service and the technician!

This is a top notch company! Our water heater failed and with a quick call to Donna, a technician was dispatched to our home and the new water heater was installed the next morning. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs service done right away.

Just called to inquire if he might have time to change out a water heater element. He was quite curt and asked age of heater. I said 7 years and he instantly informed me it was at the end of its life. ( electric here can last 12 - 15 ) and be $250 with no guarantee to do element. Um, if it were $20 I wouldn't do it based solely on his attitude, but a definite NO due to his rip-off mentality. Good grief!

5+++ stars. Excellent service. I called them 1st, then cancelled because I found a cheaper price (Reddi Services). The person who came out did not want to go onto the roof, started naming different prices to do the service (than the one quoted), Very unprofessional. I sent him on his way and called back PlumbSmart. They sent someone out (from Mesa to Glendale) the next day. I think his name was Mike. Oh my gosh, very professional, polite and a hard worker, went the extra mile. Had no problem pulling out his ladder and getting on the roof. He did an amazing job. I will call them back for whenever my air conditioner needs service. I will recommend and I will even try them for any plumbing issues that may arise. Good going PlumbSmart. Its hard to find such quality HONEST service these days, it seems.

Horrible customer service. Received a call that our appointment would be cancelled and needed to be rescheduled after an hour into our scheduled block and taking the day off of work to make this happen. On top of this, we had to schedule two months in advance for this original appt which they were late too and now being told the reason for them was due to poor scheduling and overbooking that they would no longer be able to make it out at all and remember this is after they were suppose to be here. Then the soonest they would be able to make it out after their scheduling issue would be another three months. When asking for help from the customer service team they said a supervisor would have to call back to assist with rescheduling and their mistakes which they did not follow up thus I had to follow up again.And this is poor treatment we received after using this company for twenty years with all of our appliances and having good standings as a client.

Jaimie was professional and on time. He was able repair my leaking toilet. I also requested him to check all of my bathroom faucets' water pressure and shower faucets. Service was great and I will use him again in the future.
