I have given a rating of 5 stars based on the end product. Everything that I needed accomplished was finally done to excellent standards. I had the company install an RV sewer line with a water access, and also to install a faucet to the side of my house. There were some growing pains caused by a misunderstanding of what was acceptable to me, however as stated, the final result is what is important, and it was outstanding. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future!

Throughout this journey, his scheduler Jackie was very professional offering to get in touch with George right away when questions arose and calling right back with answers. The service was excellent and what great detail they put in performing a water heater installation. The gentleman was thorough and got the job done within an hour. The experience was very nice and helpful, I was educated on how water heaters last on service so my experience will follow me on to the new home.

Brandon was fantastic. He and his team replaced our tired ceiling fans and installed recessed lighting in our kitchen. They also repaired a ceiling. Knowledgeable, responsive, fair, and reasonably priced. We will definitely use Brandon for all our future handyman needs!

John fixed the leak in the tub faucet. They were able to get to me the day after I talked to him on the phone.

I am very happy with the service received, my AC stopped working; I called Parker and sons they were very kind and were able to schedule me the same day, and got my AC going again, the price were reasonable and their tech very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

These people are horrible. Didnt finish the job broke my pipe while working and than demanding extra labor of $100 to put pipe in my toilet. Dont call these guys .

Victor the owner was really helpful. I had a shower leak on my main restroom upstairs which was leaking to one of the bottom bedrooms. He helped me by switching the whole plumbing and even helped me with the drywall. He went above and beyond and the price was more than fair. I recommend Vic Val plumbing!

I was very satisfied with my experience with Dukes of Air. The call to set up the appointment was quick and easy, and they scheduled a technician to come within a couple of days and gave a 2-hour window. Justin (the technician) was actually available earlier than the window they gave, and he was quick and efficient with what he did once he arrived. He fixed the issue I had called about and other things that were interfering with the system's performance - not in a way where he was looking for something else to charge us for, but in a way where he just noticed another problem I hadn't even thought to mention that made the AC not cool like it should and fixed it right away. So I got the initial service I called about (clogged condensation line), had a part replaced (capacitor on the condenser), had the refrigerant refilled, all for a very reasonable price. I felt safe with Justin (both in the sense that he was really nice and not creepy, and that he used a mask and booties to protect us during Covid times). He never tried to convince me to purchase parts or services we didn't need, and he talked with us through the process as he fixed things in a helpful and non-condescending way. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Set an appointment yesterday 8/8 and Christian just finished up at 8/9. He was great and explained/answered every question I had. Finished up the project very quickly. Was on time within the appointment window and friendly/professional. Will be using Mason pro services if needed again because of Christian!

These guys are with the business. I have used them two times now to do liners for us in tucson, first time it was snowing (In Tucson) and they got it done with no problem in record time, second time they were at the job and finished before i got there, crazy fast with no short cuts, and there arsenal of methods to fix or repair pipes is unmatched.
