I had a great experience with this company. My water heater died and the next morning they were able to replace it which was not easy--my water heater is not readily accessible. My technician, Trevor E., did an amazing job. He had to take down some shelves to access the water heater and he put them back up for me before he left. He also had to move my dryer but hooked it back up when he was finished. Everything is working great and I highly recommend this company and Trevor!

Justin came and saved my holiday season! My son threw his toothbrush in the toilet and flushed causing our toilet to stop draining. I looked around the area for quite a while trying to find someone to install a in the wall dog door. I was having poor luck finding a reasonable installer until I found Brandon. He agreed to install the door at a very reasonable price. The installation was outstanding and it looks really great. Lighthouse installed my water softener several years ago. I live in Phoenix and our water has one of the highest mineral contents and hardest water in the country. The water softener is amazing. This weekend my water heater went out and I asked Lighthouse if they would install a tankless water heater. Their team did a commercial grade installation today and now I have endless hot water from a Rinnai Natural Gas tankless system. Lighthouse Plumbing is a top notch professional company. If you want a high end install and a company that cares about the quality of their work, call them.

I tried to install a replacement water heater and encountered problems with the cold water supply line and fittings that were old and would not stop leaking. I also had problems with the shutoff valve for the water heater supply line - old and didn’t work.
