Came home from vacation to a broken gate valve on the water main to the house. After an unsuccessful DIY attempt, I called Kendall and they sent someone out that afternoon. Very knowledgeable and understanding. The technician (Warren) even told me what I did right and where I went wrong in my own attempt to solve the problem. Thirty minutes later, he had finished the job and the workmanship was excellent. Very satisfied and I now have Kendall listed as a plumbing contact in my phone.

I called on weekend was given a service appt on Monday which I took but had to cancel for following day at noon. Tech called asking to come early which was fine with us. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable. He gave two us two estimates one good and one if things were not as they seemed. We were lucky and able to take lower estimate.He left to get parts returned and professionally completed the job. We highly recommend this company.

This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He was
professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. I will continue using Mason Pro Services in the future. They come and get the job done with reasonable pricing.

The company is good and I have used it before.
The plumber who was sent this time was not very knowledgeable though. I have a Fleck 5600 water Softener he said he was not familiar with it.
If he is a plumber and was sent to work on a water Softener he has to have a good general knowledge of the different systems available.
