Kendall Plumbing was called to fix an issue another plumbing company caused. The other plumber dropped a scraper tool down our toilet drain while doing a wax ring replacement. He then tried to retrieve it, but he only pushed it further back. We knew we needed to get it out to avoid possible back ups in the future. That is where Kendall Plumbing and Warren came in to save the day! They don’t make a tool specifically for this job, so Warren had to come up with an option to get it out. What I appreciate so much was he kept trying and didn’t give up after a couple of failed attempts. What a sense of relief I felt when I saw him pull it out of the drain! We will definitely be using them for all of our plumbing needs in the future! Trust me, you don’t want to call the other guys! Thank you Warren and Kendall Plumbing so much!

We need a plumber for our business on Broadway. Based on the calls, we were told that it was a clogged sewer drain. While the plugged drain was more an inconvenience rather than emergency (it was an emergency to me), I had a small window of time in the morning between Addam’s appointment times and work. Addam accommodated my schedule far and above my expectations and completed the job in a thorough and complete manner. He was super quick to respond to my questions regarding price and to schedule my job. I am completely impressed with him and the job he did. Wow is all that I have to say about Nick and Norfleet plumbing. I called the office to inquire about a tankless water heater. After hearing all of the pros and cons, I decided against it and went with a regular water heater. Melanie gave me all of the information and did not try and sway me one way or the other. My parents were visiting when the water heater went out so it was really bad timing. Nick understood my dilema and bent over backwards and forwards to help resolve the situation. We had to uninstall the old heater, wait for the restoration company to come and then reinstalled when things were dry for a couple days. Then we had to uninstall and let them do the dry wall work. Nick was very helpful as the timing for everyone’s schedules did not always align but he always made it work.
