Jim does great work. He was very professional and took care of my Bath tub and shower problems as well as a hand sink. He shows up on time and trouble shoots the job and makes sure everything is functioning perfect before he leaves. I have used these guys twice now the first time my grandson flushed something down the toilet and Brandon came out to fix it they were able to get to my house quickly and he did a very good job explained everything to me clearly before and during the job and made everything was clean and working well before he left. When I bought a smart thermostat I called them a second time and requested Brandon and got the same great service. Both times the price was given to before the work was started and was what I felt was a good deal. I will always call plumb smart for any plumbing or heating/cooling work that I need done from now on.I know I can count on them to do a good job at fair price and that is hard to find these days.
