Matthew came out to give us a quote for new AC install. He let us know what was included and what wasn't, which I appreciated. The install team was great, very nice and told me exactly what they were doing. The AC unit is working as intended and they did a good job. I would recommend using them.

Jaimie did a fantastic job replacing the toilet in my guest bathroom. The price was reasonable.
He was here the next day after we called. He left not a speck of a mess. I really appreciated
that. I will call him again. And he lives in my neighborhood, so that's a plus.

We were advised by another company that we had a drain line leak under our slab. I contacted Hindsight to get a quote for the repair. After meeting with several companies, we decided to go with Hindsight.

Mike was the most knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with the repair. He was also the most reasonable.

Before tearing up our floor he did a camera check and determined there wasn't a crack in the drain line. He advised against tearing up the floor and slab because there was no issue.

I appreciated his honesty about the issue and not just tearing up our floor based on another company. Instead of costing over $1,000 for the repair, he only charged us for the camera check.

I've had them come out twice now for my water heater and garbage disposal and they have been awesome. Super nice and explained everything they would be doing. They are at the top of my list for repairs.

I used Yelp to find a quote after water buildup in my kitchen sink (the disposal burned out). The quickest and best response was from NorFleet Family Plumbing. It has been a few days and I think its safe to say that they did a Fantastic job. The price quote was great, garbage disposal replacement was the best idea and it was quickly installed by Nick. He was patient with my questions and even offered to look at any other plumbing problems we might be having (luckily none). But i know next time anyone mentions needing a plumber, I will recommend Norfleet!

Jay came out and looked at our AC and plumbing issues and took the time to give us a detailed explanation of what needed to be done to fix all the issues. He is very knowledgeable and has some great ideas for problem solving! We need to have a lot of work done, and I am confident that Jay is the guy to get it done right!

Great company to work with the craftsmanship was perfection. I've been in kitchen and bath remodeling since 1987 I would definitely use these guys again.

Called after struggling to remove a shower cartridge for two hours! Call was answered and followed by another to tell me a plumber was dispatched. Soon after the plumber called and said he was 30 minutes out. Fixed the issue and we were able to turn our water back on and continue with our lives. Thank you!

We had the twins out late September early October for an exclusion. The twins were professional and understanding but the gentleman that was scheduling the work was unreliable and kept changing the date. They did tell me that the twins wanted to be there with them to make sure the job went smooth , that I do respect. But sense then I have noticed rat activity in and around my home, I have called 3 different times and not gotten a call back. I am just wanting them to stand by there work but it does not seem to be happening. If anyone from there office reeds this they can look up my invoice and give me a call . If not we’ll I will no longer be sending busyness their way
