Our water heater burst and they showed up right away and installed a tankless water heater for us. They were professional and did a great job!

Our property manager sent Brandon and his crew to our home to fix a broken drain pipe near the end of business day. They stayed well after hours to get the job done. They were efficient, thorough and were courteous enough to clean up the area where the work was performed. Later that night, I text Brandon at almost midnight with questions and concerns. He replied to me and eased my concern and said he’d be there in the morning to evaluate. He came back to house as promised the next morning and all is well. I am the Branch Manager/Escrow Officer for Security Title Agency North Scottsdale Branch and will be referring my real estate, lender clients, family and friends to this company!

Just had Mitch with water Pros Plumbing come out to my house today after my kitchen sink stopped draining. He fixed the problem fast and was able to come out same day and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Extremely professional and prompt I highly recommend if you have any plumbing needs!

Just called to inquire if he might have time to change out a water heater element. He was quite curt and asked age of heater. I said 7 years and he instantly informed me it was at the end of its life. ( electric here can last 12 - 15 ) and be $250 with no guarantee to do element. Um, if it were $20 I wouldn't do it based solely on his attitude, but a definite NO due to his rip-off mentality. Good grief!

I scheduled a repair for under the kitchen sink and when Daniel came to inspect, right away he started making excuses about doing the work. He hadn’t even looked under the sink when he had already said he had to reschedule me for a different day and when I said I worked all week he said I should just take a day off and get the repair done in the morning. I told him I couldn’t and he then looked underneath the sink and again said he couldn’t fix it and that he had scheduled this Thursday off because he also works but has things he needs to get done. I told him again I couldn’t do that. He was rude and unprofessional. Before leaving he kept telling me that I should just take a day off to get the repair done and when I declined all the work due to his attitude he just walked out of my house and didn’t even close my door. I had work done with this company before and I called back because my previous experience had been excellent, unlike this one.

Had surprise flood in the garage this morning when the water heater gave up. JI was recommended by a trusted friend and Jamie did not disappoint. He was here in a flash assessed thie situation efficiently and gave me his very fair proposal. A few hours later we had everything buttoned up. I would highly recommend this company.

I had a cracked main water line to the house. Obviously needed to be repaired ASAP. Other plumbers were too busy until the next week! Mike came out after he was done for the day to look at the problem.I finished digging out the main water line and bailing out the back flowing water. Mike did an excellent repair the next day. The price was extremely reasonable. We had water restored to the house many days before any other plumber would have done so. Outstanding work and highest recommendation.

Called Oasis Plumbing when we had water leaking through our ceiling in the laundry room. The office was very professional and collected all necessary information efficiently and Wade was very responsive in his calling me back within just a few minutes. Wade fit me into his busy schedule and was at my house and diagnosing the situation within the hour! Incredible! We used nick and his company for several items- tankless water heaters, carbon water filter, toilet install, and an ro system. I’d definitely recommend nick- he’s punctual, speaks clearly when we were first discussing work, had a zero pressure approach, and was more affordable compared w other companies. He came as promised, worked hard and did a great job. We love supporting local family owned businesses and plan on using him again in the future
