Don’t waste your time or money on other plumbers. Pat returns calls, shows up when he says he will, does super quality work in a reasonable amount of time for a very reasonable price. He is the third plumber we’ve had come to the house and now will be the only one we will call.

Our property management company uses Dugan Plumbing. They called me quickly to schedule a time frame, then Tim called me again to let me know he was on the way so I could meet him there. Tim was so friendly and informative and had the job done in no time! As a tenant, I was really happy with the communication level to me, as well as the property manager. Everything looks and works not just as good as, but much better than before there was a leak!

Shane and Caleb were great. They responded quickly, showed up on time, and did a quality job. They fixed an old leaky spigot and replaced my water shutoff system that was old and rusted out.

Fresh new water heater installed today in Chandler, AZ. I called on sunday and was told Tuesday. Trevor E called this morning (Monday) a day earlier. Couple hours and we are all set. This was a proactive replacement swap out Bradford for Bradford. I didn't want to risk an outage during the holidays. All set for 6yrs!

I have given a rating of 5 stars based on the end product. Everything that I needed accomplished was finally done to excellent standards. I had the company install an RV sewer line with a water access, and also to install a faucet to the side of my house. There were some growing pains caused by a misunderstanding of what was acceptable to me, however as stated, the final result is what is important, and it was outstanding. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future!

Disappointing....very expensive for a one hour service/quote call. Won't be using them again!

Just had Mitch with water Pros Plumbing come out to my house today after my kitchen sink stopped draining. He fixed the problem fast and was able to come out same day and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Extremely professional and prompt I highly recommend if you have any plumbing needs!

I love Gordon. I'm 75 yrs old and Gordon removed/replaced my tub/shower unit with a solid surface, corian, walk-in shower complete with hand bars. It's beautiful and was affordable. Excellent work. This man is awesome.

Hired company a year ago to replace my water heater based on a friend's recommendation. Priced out an AO Smith at Lowe's, but ultimately decided on a Bradford White 40 gal gas direct from Plumber From Down Under. I found the value for the Bradford White and installation to be very reasonable. 2 guys showed up in the morning and were done in about 2 hours. I just performed my yearly maintenance flush last week and encountered no problems. I am very pleased with my choice of water heater and installation.

UPDATE 5/31/23: Heard pipes rattling whenever irrigation came on. Called Plumber from Down Under who came the next morning. 2 guys showed up wearing company polos and patiently walked me through their diagnosis. Ultimately replaced my pressure reducing valve (PRV) and pressure vacuum breaker. Spoke to a contractor friend the next day who asked me what I paid. When I told him, he said, Yep, that sounds about right. He examined the work and said they did a good job. Fair price, professional guys, and quality work.

Drawback - his prices are very expensive. For example: a shower valve replacement that should be about $400 cost me $700.
