Just called to inquire if he might have time to change out a water heater element. He was quite curt and asked age of heater. I said 7 years and he instantly informed me it was at the end of its life. ( electric here can last 12 - 15 ) and be $250 with no guarantee to do element. Um, if it were $20 I wouldn't do it based solely on his attitude, but a definite NO due to his rip-off mentality. Good grief!

Had a new AC installed 6 days ago already broken. They say they are open 24 hours. I called and it was an answering service saying there are no technicians and someone will call when the office opens. Unacceptable 6 days old on new AC $17,000 and no one can come out. There is a heat advisory and I have small children the female who was on the phone did not care.

Had 3 outside faucets and garden hoses attached. They had gotten corrosion so I couldn’t get them off. Called other plumbers and was way over priced and didn’t seem to care. Found this company on google and great reviews. I called and Mike the owner actually answered the phone which isn’t done much here in Arizona. I explained my issues and gave me a max cost 💲 depending on what was needed. Offered to come same day but had plans because not expecting that kind of great service. They came out next day and on time as we planned, because he worked around my work schedule another unheard of scheduling here again in Arizona. Two gentlemen showed up and proceeded to work immediately, I was very impressed with work ethic and politeness. Was done quickly and was $325.00 quote which was $25 and $325 less then previous quotes. They did get one off easily for them and replaced other two. Got bill for $225 because they are HONEST good people. Charging what they thought was fair. Number 1 here and more then 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
