Wow, Gregg at G&G Brothers was great! We needed a new water heater quickly - it was a special order type, and he was able to get one (not easy) and do the install quickly and for a very reasonable price. The end result was a clean, quality install - and plenty of hot water!
I highly recommend!

Super quick service. Had a leaking water line in our front yard and it was literally fixed within minutes. Great customer service as well! Will continue to use them for all our plumbing needs.

I can’t speak highly enough of the Parker and Sons team and the excellent job they did today. I was originally scheduled for their first available tune up appointment in August, however my AC unfortunately started overheating over the weekend and I was moved up to standby service the following business day. I was very pleased that they were able to make it before 5PM. Daniel and Jose were exceptionally courteous, professional, and resourceful- Daniel explored every single possibility that could be contributing to the issue and provided updates as he went along. At no point did I feel pressured or overcharged for the services provided, it was quite the contrary- I actually saved money compared to the last company I worked with. Thank you Daniel and Jose for your exemplary work!

Would not recommend this company. Owner states I don't even live in AZ, however I have lived in Gilbert, Az for 4 years now. Did not like the service I received from Rooter 4 Less. Everyone who has given you a negative review, you reply blaming them.

First, service was quick and efficient. However, prices were not clearly communicated at all. When I spoke to set the appointment, they informed me there was an $85 service fee but it would be deducted from any repairs. I knew what was wrong, simply blew a fuse on one unit while installing. The fuse is approximately $4. He was here for 11 minutes. I expected a cost around $85, maybe $100 max. Nope. $200 later! If they had communicated the price ahead of time, it would have been cheaper to fly my dad down from Oregon to fix it. I won’t use them again. Just simply not a fair or reasonable price for the time or parts required.

State 48 is the BEST! They're quick to respond and schedule, and they're always up front and honest about the cost and value of their recommendations. They've been my go-to for the last 6 months for multiple plumbing issues, and I don't think I'll ever use another plumber!!!

The sump pump in the basement stopped working. Contacted Mason Pro Services through their website. They got right back to me and said they could have someone out that afternoon. The technician arrived when he said he would. He took it apart and we discussed my options. We decided to replace it, so Mack went and bought a new pump and had it working the same day.

***edit*** I am updating my review. I spoke with Sean who was very understanding of my sticker shock and he was able to work with me on a refund of some of the amount. I really appreciated the quick call back and discussion that we had and I am very impressed by the professionalism he showed. No feelings were hurt he just wanted to make it right. I am leaving off one star just because I do think the pricing is on the higher side...but I totally understand their business model. If we ever have a larger plumbing project I will call them again.Leaving two stars because while getting someone to come out was easy the cost was INSANE!! I was quoted a service fee as well as an emergency fee because it was a weekend. Both of which I was ok with paying. When he came to do the work it was triple that. Had I known it was going to be $500 to reseat 2 brand new barely leaking toilets I’d have made other arrangements. My mistake for not asking what the hourly rate would be but he was here for 20 minutes and I never thought it would be over $300 for labor. CRAZY! I feel robbed.

We used nick and his company for several items- tankless water heaters, carbon water filter, toilet install, and an ro system. I’d definitely recommend nick- he’s punctual, speaks clearly when we were first discussing work, had a zero pressure approach, and was more affordable compared w other companies. He came as promised, worked hard and did a great job. We love supporting local family owned businesses and plan on using him again in the future

High integrity again - Aaron came out (June 2021) for another property. He fixed a faucet issue, avoiding replacement, and instead of replacing what I thought were gate valves based on the handles, said they are already ball valves, worked fine, and advised keeping them, saving me more money. He also changed two hose bibs. All very reasonably. The tenant was very happy and impressed with his professionalism and quality service.

April 2021 service - Davis Plumbing & Drain was able to provide their hourly rate by phone before they came out. Brett fixed my 4 year old water heater at a very reasonable price because it was hourly and parts, not by the job. He was honest and did not oversell me. He checked the parts and only repaired what was needed. Excellent customer service. Will absolutely call Davis Plumbing again.
