Pat is amazing at what he does. We have had Pat to our house a total of 4 times now. He has fixed a leak under our toilet, installed a new toilet, cleared a clogged bathroom sink, installed a new water heater, replaced all the filters and mounted an existing RO system to the wall, and he just repaired a leaking pipe we had underground. While our house has abnormal piping every job he has done has turned out impeccable. He’s coming back to repair another leak he noticed from a previous repair man. Pat is very honest and to the point. His pricing is very affordable and he doesn’t price gouge. We couldn’t be happier and lucky that we found Pat.

I recently had my water heater replaced with a newer tank by BSJ Plumbing. I didn't know that the old one needed replacing until it was shown to me where there had been corrosion occurring at the bottom of the tank. I appreciated learning a bit more about water heaters and how they fail over time. I didn't want to take the chance of a leak or worse, so I opted for the new tank. Dustin Magnus was very knowledgeable and professional in helping me make the right decision to replace the water heater. He was great with the service call from start to finish. He took the time to explain things about the install, and was never high pressure, nor pushy about me needing the replacement. Just honest and straightforward, which I appreciate and respect. I had a calcium deposit clogging my sewer line. Carlos and Rocky did a fantastic job of breaking it up and getting the water to drain. It was a lot of work but they honored the price I was quoted. These guys were amazing. I appreciate their hard work.

Gregg and G&G Brothers has been my plumber for over 20 years. I have changed address in that time but not my plumber. His latest job was to replace my broken gas hot water tank with an electric hybrid hot water tank. My toilet was leaking I didn’t know where the water was coming from so I called kitchen and bath plumbing they send a technician out by the name of Nicholas and this guy was just amazing I thought I needed a whole new toilet but that wasn’t the case this gentleman reassured me that everything was fine and that we just needed a new ring for the toilet so he brought it out and fixed it these guys are awesome I would refer them to anybody

I had a leaking shower valve that was unprofessionally installed by a handyman and was leaking into the first floor of our home. Needless to say… it a huge problem that needed to be fixed quickly. I left a voicemail for Gordon and he promptly called me back. He showed up on-time, did a great job explaining what the issue was and gave me a flat rate quote for the repair. It was more than I was expecting, but that’s ok— having the job done by a professional gave us the peace of mind we needed. Gordon did much of the plumbing assembly outside to avoid making a mess. After the work was done, he showed me the finished project and was also kind enough to alert me to some miscellaneous plumbing issues that he noted around the outside of our home, suggesting that we keep an eye on them. He was never pushy about moving forward with additional repairs, which I appreciated. He then went back to his truck to write up the invoice… and magically it was $137 more than our agreed upon “flat rate”! Needless to say, I was a bit surprised. I asked what the additional charge was for… initially he couldn’t remember, but then said it was for the new trim kit he got. I thought that was included in the quote since he said he would pick one up and install it? I asked how much the trim kit was, and he didn’t want to say. I then wondered if the job took him longer than he expected, and if so, what his hourly rate was? Well, he didn’t have one and explained that the flat rate model worked out better for the customer anyway (I agree!). Needless to say, he couldn’t articulate what the additional $137 was for. We eventually settled for the original quote he gave me, acting as if he was doing me a favor. Perhaps I’m not the demographic that Gordon typically caters to— particularly, a young new home buyer with an unexpected $1100 expense— but the whole pricing situation left me feeling a little off about my interactions with Gordon. It’s really a shame since he did such great work and we are tremendously grateful for his prompt response. I would absolutely call him again for future plumbing needs, but would first make sure that we have a better understanding of how his pricing works before moving forward.

The owner sent Austin out to handle a root intrusion in our sewer line late on Saturday night. They came back out on Monday with cameras and were able to tell me exactly where it started. The owner was helpful in determining that it was a city issue and directed me there. He was prompt and through in all aspects of his communication with me. Wonderful finding a company you can trust and depend on for all current and future plumbing needs!!!

Jorge was not only accommodating to scheduling the night before, texting with his ETA, and to coming 30 minutes later than I originally quoted. He was friendly and patient as my 2 year old decided to be his assistant. Got the job done in our bathroom sink with ease and perfection. He quoted 30% below others, showing he values helping people. He also was so kind to give recommendations about things in our new build. Will definitely use him again for more plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Jim does great work. He was very professional and took care of my Bath tub and shower problems as well as a hand sink. He shows up on time and trouble shoots the job and makes sure everything is functioning perfect before he leaves. This is my second time using Sonoran Desert Plumbing and I will highly recommend them to my friends.
