New Sink and Faucet Install - we kept the disposal and RO system.

We called Pat on a friend’s recommendation, and it was a good call. We liked how Pat answered his own phone the first time we called, did the research to find our options for a new sink and faucet install, and listened when we voiced our opinions on those choices. We’re happy with the end result. The installation went fine. Cody and Walter kept us apprised of their timing, arrived when they said they would and went right to work. We encouraged them to take a pizza break for lunch, and they kept it short and went right back. The end result was leak free and professional looking and they cleaned up when they were done. After they left for their next job, we noticed a small cosmetic adjustment that was needed in the drain. A few text messages later, they were back at our door that night to make that adjustment. In and out in 15 minutes and they agreed that the change was needed, so we didn’t feel we were being too picky.
We’ll keep Pat’s number in our phone, and he’ll be our first choice whenever a plumbing issue comes up. Thanks, Pat, Cody, and Walter. Good job.

We found our hot water heater leaking last evening. Brandon was able to come out the next morning & drain, install with a drip pan and drain pipe a brand new water heater. He was professional, personable, efficient & extremely knowledge. He removed the old one and left the area totally clean.

Nicholas from kitchen and bath Plumbing came out resolved my issue in a timely fashion awesome company

Not really happy with the service I got. Called them out because I had a loud vibration coming from my furnace that gets progressivley louder as the heater runs. Technician showed up rather timely but couldn't locate the issue so he placed some rubber dampeners along the unit to soak up the vibration. $95 dollars later the heater kicks on later that night and the vibration is back and louder this time. Call them out next morning and it's decided to replace the blower wheel but the parts store is closed so the tech must come back another day but I was also informed when the tech showed up and not over the phone that there would have been an overtime service charge if he had done any work that morning. Tech leaves and on a whim I go up to look at the furnace myself while it's running and see that the noise is actually from a loose metal strap vibrating against the rafter. Fixed it myself and annoyed that I wasted the money for a pointless service call but glad I didn't waste more money on a unnecessary part.

I love Gordon. I'm 75 yrs old and Gordon removed/replaced my tub/shower unit with a solid surface, corian, walk-in shower complete with hand bars. It's beautiful and was affordable. Excellent work. This man is awesome.

I called Anthony because he was recommended by the manufacturer and because he is a small business. He was out to our house quickly and was very polite and professional. He was very knowledgable on our replacement options. He got our hot water heater and recirculating pump replaced and was very timely. The installation is very professional looking much better than the one before had been installed. I would definitely recommend him, you won't be disappointed.

Had a leaking pipe in the ceiling called Jerry he was here within 15 minutes. Fixed it perfect and cleaned up after. Will definitely use him again.

Drawback - his prices are very expensive. For example: a shower valve replacement that should be about $400 cost me $700.
