Called PlumbSmart for the quote to install a water heater. Brian, a very professional and knowledgeable tech quoted a reasonable price, picked the water heater up from the Home Depot for us and installed it the next day. Brian also repaired our water softener backwash line that was split at fitting behind head so we will be able to use the water softener without replace the entire hose. Thanks Brian for doing all of these for us! We will definitely use PlumbSmart again.

We could book an appt online, and they had same-day availability. They were very courteous and explained things very well. They were also about $1000 cheaper than another quote for the same job, and they performed the repair in less than an hour. Highly recommend Parker and Sons!
