Our toilets, showers and tubs on one end of the house were backed up. Of course this happened the day before a holiday weekend. They were able to get us on the schedule quickly, communicated when and who would be showing up and showed up on time. Michael was very professional and knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain what was going on and options for keeping it from happening again. Overall a great experience!

Gregg was on the road when I called him. He came to my house within the hour after my call. He was honest and took care of the problem I had with my water heater. He owns his own business and will take good care of anyone’s needs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND G&G Brothers!

Wanted to follow up on my review from 5 years ago!! Had a leak from my water main to my house :(, luckily Greg came out replaced the line and did a fantastic job. He also did it without waking my 3 month old :) Love this company, and all the quality work they do.

I had Go Direct come out for a sewer back up that partially flooded my hallway bathroom. They managed to clear my sewer line through my clean-outs and provided me with options on how to maintain my sewer line. They were super fast on getting me scheduled and had quick availability, I would definitely recommend to anyone else with plumbing or drain issues.

I contacted Superstition Plumbing this morning due to a leaky bathtub faucet. I requested an appointment at 4pm, when I'd be home from work. Jared was on time, professional, and quick. Just called to inquire if he might have time to change out a water heater element. He was quite curt and asked age of heater. I said 7 years and he instantly informed me it was at the end of its life. ( electric here can last 12 - 15 ) and be $250 with no guarantee to do element. Um, if it were $20 I wouldn't do it based solely on his attitude, but a definite NO due to his rip-off mentality. Good grief!

Brandon just finished installing new RO water tank, membrane & filters. I have used Plumb Smart for several jobs, water heater, water softener, & toilet. All your guys have been good, but Brandon was EXCEPTIONAL! I am 74 years old. I do not believe I have ever met a more customer-centric individual in my life.
