Best Gas Leaking in Mesa AZ

Our toilets, showers and tubs on one end of the house were backed up. Of course this happened the day before a holiday weekend. They were able to get us on the schedule quickly, communicated when and who would be showing up and showed up on time. Michael was very professional and knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain what was going on and options for keeping it from happening again. Overall a great experience!

Don came to replace my aging water heater, arriving on time and was very polite and professional in completing the job. He also was very patient in listening and then answering my questions. Jorge was not only accommodating to scheduling the night before, texting with his ETA, and to coming 30 minutes later than I originally quoted. He was friendly and patient as my 2 year old decided to be his assistant. Got the job done in our bathroom sink with ease and perfection. He quoted 30% below others, showing he values helping people. He also was so kind to give recommendations about things in our new build. Will definitely use him again for more plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Replaced my water heater didn't bother to ask if I wanted a pan underneath in case of leaks. Which inevitably happened.

They fixed the issue quickly. They were working hard the entire time they were working on my issue. I would use them again if we have something go wrong again in the future.

Save yourself stress and heartache by NOT hiring this company to do any work for you. We hired them to install a water filtration system and run gas lines into our home. After assurance work was complete, and multiple requests for payment by Tom, we paid them in full. What a terrible mistake on our part. We have multiple leaks in the gas lines throughout the house, to the point brand new cabinets will have to be removed and cut through to correct the leak to our cooktop. Damage was done to the ceiling when running gas lines which has not been paid for, along with other damage to our property. No one will return a phone call or text message and I regret ever hiring this company to do the work at my new home.

Amazing service! We're in the process of completing moving our kitchen to what was our living room. Nick re-ran our water lines, main drain, installed our new sink, faucet and garbage disposer. He was very helpful giving us time after running the new lines so we could get the new cabinet installed and came back same day to finish the install of the sink, faucet and disposer. We will definitely use Norfleet Plumbing in the future and would refer them to friends and family. :)

After dealing with our home warranty company and the plumbing company they wanted us to use and how much out of pocket we would have to pay we decided to contact Gold Star Plumbing. Their staff was so professional and courteous and went the extra mile to make sure we didn’t go without hot water over the holiday weekend. The plumber, Richard Novak, that completed the work was very knowledgeable and experienced! I’m am so thankful to Mike Smith and his Gold Star team for taking care of our problem!!!
