Best Gas Furnace in Mesa AZ

Scott was very proffessional and relayed to me that the plumming in the house I was wanting to buy had pipes that were a disaster and that probably saved me thousands of dollars down the road as I choose not to buy the house because of his findings. I would recommend Scott to all of my family and friends!

Great experience with these guys on a rush job for a water leak at my house. They did a nice job explaining what they were doing. The price was reasonable and the work was good. I would definitely recommend using them again.

This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He was
professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. I will continue using Mason Pro Services in the future. They come and get the job done with reasonable pricing.

I had an amazing experience, I called a few other companies and they didn’t follow up with me and the ones that did asked for an arm and a leg. These guys were responsive and professional. I felt they were knowledgeable and honest and I’m glad I went with them. I will be sure to give them a call anytime I need them.

I had a toilet with a leak from the high pressure insert and from the wall shutoff. The company rep got someone to me earlier than anticipated. The tech was timely, communicated well and did a great job. I ended up buying a new low volume toilet. No pressure. Recommended.

If I could give no stars, I would have. My air conditioning unit was serviced by this company very recently. They told me that I needed a part, which I purchased for $200. After they installed the part, they told me it was the incorrect part. The capacitor I needed I was told would be $3000 for both the part and the installation. Upon receiving this news, I chose to get a second opinion. As it would turn out, the technician that installed the $200 part, did not hook it up correctly. Or at all as the wires were left loose and not plugged in, according to the second opinion technician. Due to this error, I had to pay an additional $70 for the second opinion technician to come and correct Chas Roberts' poor work. I am completely dissatisfied. This whole ordeal has left me traumatized and without air conditioning for much longer than was necessary. I urge you to strongly consider another company for your air conditioning needs.
