Woke up one a Sunday morning and noticed a bubble on the ceiling above my kitchen sink. I used a broom pole to verify it was water and soft at the bubble. Once I ID'd the problem I started thinking of a leaky or broken pipe between the first floor and 2nd floor, since the utility room is directly above my kitchen sink. I called several plumbing companies close by and know one ever picked up, but I did leave messages. My very last call I made, I prepared for another message and then wait...Someone actually picked when I called Angry Pipe (Happy dance). They told me upfront for the cost of a Sunday service and possible the unknowns that might come with it. They said about 60-90 minutes for ETA, they show up in 45, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and also fixed my loose toilet in my 3rd bathroom. Awesome work, customer service, and everything in between. I recommend them to anyone. So glad I called them...they rescued my Sunday and did not break my wallet. Thank you everyone at Angry Pipe!

I was very happy with the work done, everything looks great and most importantly works!! I was actually very impressed with the level of service received. We purchased a whole house water softener kit, with pre filter, resin tank and brine tank. I had several companies out for quotes to install it, Go Direct wasn't the cheapest, but they were not far off from it, however they quoted me a price for the whole job start to finish, no surprises no add on charges, no little surprise extras, just one number and they walked me through what they were going to do. The day of installation, I received a phone call letting me know he was on his way to get parts and would be at the house soon. The installation was first class, and he walked me through how everything would work. I would not hesitate to use these guys again, if you need a plumber don't even hesitate call Go Direct!

After Moms passing we are faced with many issues in trying to prepare to sell her home. We encountered a plumbing issue. Davis Plumbing came out and quickly rodded the main and we thought all was fixed. But in a day we had gurgling in a sink and tub which concerned us naturally. Installer was a little late in getting here, left the job a little messy, but very hard worker and congenital. Installation went very well. Follow up work was amazing, Gary is terrific. Over all experience was very good.

After accessing 20 year old a/c unit, we talked about cost of repairs versus new unit. Then they looked at all discounts i would be qualified for to bring price down of new unit. I feel confident working with them, as we will haverelationship of at least 10 years. Every employee I met made sure my concerns and questions were thoroughly addressed.

These people are horrible. Didnt finish the job broke my pipe while working and than demanding extra labor of $100 to put pipe in my toilet. Dont call these guys .
