Plumbing Express provided great service repairing/installing a new secondary line for my kitchen sink. I live in an old home and the sink was backed up. To say it drained slow was an understatement. He is very professional and gave exceptional customer service explaining the process in order to fix the problem for materials needing to be replaced and fairness of pricing given to us by his company. Throughout this journey, his scheduler Jackie was very professional offering to get in touch with George right away when questions arose and calling right back with answers. Evolution Plumbing is no joke. They know what they are doing and do plumbing the right way. They do not cut corners. They have installed shower fixtures, faucets, water heaters, gas lines, underground waste lines, moved existing plumbing to new locations and knocked it out of the park. Just called to inquire if he might have time to change out a water heater element. He was quite curt and asked age of heater. I said 7 years and he instantly informed me it was at the end of its life. ( electric here can last 12 - 15 ) and be $250 with no guarantee to do element. Um, if it were $20 I wouldn't do it based solely on his attitude, but a definite NO due to his rip-off mentality. Good grief!

Nathan and Seth made the installation process pleasant. Justin explained replacing an hvac system and answered all questions i had. Pricing was very fair and competitive.Update: just had them come out to replace a toilet. Keith was friendly and thorough and fast and efficient!

I am posting this review about Parker & Sons. I am in a dispute with them over being charged for a subscription service which I never signed for! After several months I realized I was being charged $20 a month plus another charge of $89 for which I have no idea! Of course I put these charges into dispute with my credit card company. I also had to cancel my card so that I would be charged more! I contacted them and was assured the matter would promptly be taken care of. It was not. I pay my bills routinely and have a FICO score of around 800. I just hope Parker & Sons will resolve this issue and not further tarnish their reputation. If they do the right thing then I will remove this complaint.
