We came home late this evening to find water around our hot water heater. Called Angry Pipe Solutions, who we had used in the past a couple of times. Greg Richmond was on a job on the other side of Phoenix but said he would be over as soon as he finished his current job. In just over an hour he had come across Phoenix, picked up a new water heater and was at our home to installed it. He and his team mate did a great job. We have used other plumbers in the past but since finding Greg and his company, Angry Pipe Solutions, he is the first and only call we make when we need a plumber. We highly recommend Greg and his company.

Just had Mitch with water Pros Plumbing come out to my house today after my kitchen sink stopped draining. He fixed the problem fast and was able to come out same day and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Extremely professional and prompt I highly recommend if you have any plumbing needs!

Water heater went out Saturday afternoon. Called the service and Aaron came right over. It was too late to get parts so he pulled the old one to stop the leaking. New one was installed first thing Monday and hot water was back on by 9! Awesome response!

Just called to inquire if he might have time to change out a water heater element. He was quite curt and asked age of heater. I said 7 years and he instantly informed me it was at the end of its life. ( electric here can last 12 - 15 ) and be $250 with no guarantee to do element. Um, if it were $20 I wouldn't do it based solely on his attitude, but a definite NO due to his rip-off mentality. Good grief!

Vicente came out right on time, was very professional and wouldn’t stop until he was successful. We had used 4 gallons of drain cleaner at our commercial establishment over the last few months with very little success. After Vicente was done it works like brand new for a fair price. The initial appointment to troubleshoot our slow draining toilets did not get entered into Parker & Sons' system, so the Tech never showed up on Friday. However, it was rescheduled on Monday and the Tech arrived at the agreed time later that day. Things happen. We have two men's restrooms in our facility, so the mixup wasn't a big issue.He evaluated the problem and quickly repaired it We experienced minimal down time.
