Update on 5/33/23: another amazing experience with this company. They're fast, efficient, communicative, and extremely knowledgeable. Fred diagnosed the issue immediately and gave great, understandable answers to all my questions. I got text updates when he was en route and a phone call before he arrives. I recommend Fred and BSJ wholeheartedly!!

Call BSJ first!! I've had two visits from a different plumber and one visit from an electrician. If I had called BSJ first I could have avoided all that and had consistent hot water three weeks ago. Brad is knowledgeable, professional, prompt and communicative. He came out on a Sunday and had the issues diagnosed and fixed in no time. Really nice people, really great company.

One job was for a new water heater install at my house. The second job was a little more challenging. Would not recommend this company. Owner states I don't even live in AZ, however I have lived in Gilbert, Az for 4 years now. Did not like the service I received from Rooter 4 Less. Everyone who has given you a negative review, you reply blaming them.

I had an emergency with my A/C unit during the summer. Air & Water factor came out to fix the unit and found a part needed to be replaced. The A/C unit was not working at all and my house was extremely hot. Air & water did not leave me in these conditions due to the unit breaking down on Friday evening after business hours. They brought me a very nice portable A/C unit that was able to cool down a portion of my house. They where able to ordered and replaced the part extremely fast and had my house up an running and cooling before I knew it. They also where very fair with their pricing and had great customer service from the ladies at scheduling to the field techs. Highly recommended and they are my new go to A/C company.

Everything was explained to my husband and I and they showed us the problem via camera views. Jose' and his crew were wonderful to work with and they got the job done ASAP. Wow is all that I have to say about Nick and Norfleet plumbing. I called the office to inquire about a tankless water heater. After hearing all of the pros and cons, I decided against it and went with a regular water heater. Melanie gave me all of the information and did not try and sway me one way or the other. My parents were visiting when the water heater went out so it was really bad timing. Nick understood my dilema and bent over backwards and forwards to help resolve the situation. We had to uninstall the old heater, wait for the restoration company to come and then reinstalled when things were dry for a couple days. Then we had to uninstall and let them do the dry wall work. Nick was very helpful as the timing for everyone’s schedules did not always align but he always made it work. If you want an honest, dependable, affordable Plummer look no further as nobody can top the service that Norfleet plumbing provides. And they are a family business so you are supporting local!

I had a plumbing emergency at 6 AM and needed a plumber ASAP. Called Davis Plumbing Emergency number and the response was amazing. The young man answering was great, polite and reassuring. He called me back to let me know help was on the way. Aaron arrived very soon after and immediately did the necessary repair. I had some other plumbing jobs that I had been putting off and asked Aaron if he would do those for me too. He came back in the afternoon and did everything as requested.
I will give this family owned company any business I have in the future and highly recommend then.
