Excellent service from this company. Purchased a microwave at Lowe's and this was the company they used. They were very pleasant and prompt when setting up the appointment. Robert was the installer, called to say when he would arrive and was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. He did a great job protecting the surrounding area, checked to make sure everything worked and cleaned up afterward. I would use this company again!

Gregg also installed a flow water monitor and a new water softener. He is professional and thoroughly explains his work to the customer.

Cody came out to help us figure out where water was coming from with our ac intake and really went the extra mile to figure out the issue, resolve it, and give us info on how to set our thermostats in order to use our system and electricity more efficiently. He also took the time to explain what he was doing, what it meant to our equipment and our situation so we could make truly informed choices! Hindsight Plumbing gets it right. when you lose your water it’s pretty much an emergency and just a thought finding someone it’s frightening. I saw these folks had really great reviews but I called the owner picked up the phone said he’d come out tomorrow morning and see what parts he needed and he’ll fix it that afternoon. He texted me to let me know he was coming got the job done with just one phone call and one text.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A technician from Penguin Air tried to convince me to buy a new water heater. It would have cost $1800 with all discounts. Called CTR Plumbing to get a second opinion. Turned out to be still in good condition despite being 8 years old. You know how much it cost me for the water heater to be checked? Zero! Yes, you are reading that right. The logic was that because there was nothing to repair, there was no need to charge. He even said that my water heater should be good for another year or two. His prices are lower than the rest of his competition due to having less overhead. He is honest and his prices are lower than most. If there are any future plumbing issues, I will definitely call CTR Plumbing. Give him a call so that you do not have to pay more than you should.

Wade, at Oasis Plumbing did a great job! He worked on both outdoor water connection and inside my bathroom. Very professional. I am very pleased with his work.

I have had a 5 ton Trane A/C installed outside on May 5, 2022. I have had nothing but trouble since that time with this unit. I'm not blaming Dukes of air. They have been out at least 6 times to try to fix the problem. They have put 3 new parts in the unit. I guess it was just one of those things that happens sometimes with a new unit. Marcos and Patrick have tried there best so far. Tonight the cool air went off and it jumped from 75 degrees to 85. They can't come out until morning. Well at 9:00 pm the air went back on. I don't know if there was a glitch in Mesa or what but I am happy it is on. Dukes of Air have been great when you call them. I would recommend them highly.
