I recently had my AC stop working at 8pm 6/26/23 I reached out to alot of different AC companies with big names I had seen on TV or Radio and were in the top searches on google. All of them couldnt tell me if they could have someone out to my house immediately or if I had to wait until the morning and all of them needed to take down ALL of my information first before giving any time frame. Since I have a 4 month old baby and needed the situation to be addressed asap this was a little annoying. I found 911 Heating Cooling and Plumbing after scrolling past the top google searches and Scott answered his phone almost immediately. He was able to let me know the minimum cost up front and was able to get back intouch with me very quickly to tell me he could have a tech available and on the way within half an hour. Robert was my guy he should up and diagnosed the problem quickly and luckily had the part needed to fix the issue on his truck. All said and done I only had my AC out for a couple hours total. I would definitely recommend them if you need things done fast and correctly and will keep them at the top of my list in the furture. Thanks guys!

Mitch and his crew are outstanding! I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs! They replaced a hot water heater that was leaking. Two men on his crew identified the problem and started draining the old water heater. Meanwhile, Mitch and another member of his crew brought over a new water heater to install. They are in communication every step of the way. They are all kind, courteous and very professional. I’ve referred them to my family members. They’re my #1 go to for future plumbing needs. I called after hours because of a leak under our sink. They were at our home within 30 minutes, and was kind, courteous and trustworthy. They had to get some parts so Gordon was back today to complete the work. I would highly recommend this company.

I have been working with Davis Plumbing since I moved to Mesa about 4 years ago. They have been nothing but great. They are quick to respond and come when we need them, and they are really great about leaving the area where they are working clean when they leave.

Shower had a leak due to the sharkbite fitting. He was able to identify and fix the problem quickly. The issue came at a bad time and with Covid it was nice he was able to come out and fix the leak right away.

Frank’s always dependable and efficient; no difference this time for regular RO maintenance. Also gave me heads-up re time fame and costs for maintenance needs in future. That’s helpful; less likely to be blindsided when needs arise.

Robert was willing to go the extra mile to make sure our residents and staff were completely comfortable during this transition of weather change. Our AC UNITS couldn’t keep up with the heatwave we are experiencing now. He stayed into the late hrs not leaving until the work was done. He was professional and kind to the residents and staff. If I could give them no stars I would…..Worst Customer Service Ever and I don’t think anyone in this company has a clue what’s going on. I have been with Parker and Sons since 2020 and they have always done a wonderful job up until NOW…… We had our routine yearly maintenance scheduled in May and they called and asked us to move it so they could service people who didn’t have AC. This was totally not a problem and completely understand as we had working AC. We had our maintenance checked Thursday morning and after the guy left two hours later it stopped working. It was working fine before he touched it. Now I can’t get anyone back to my house and just keep getting told someone is coming…… I suggest stay far away from this company and find a different one who treats their customers with respect. They are your Average Joe.
