Patrick was so professional and quick. He installed a new toilet last year around Thanksgiving. He was very busy and in high demand, his phone rang nonstop. I am thankful he made time for my repair, even with a new baby just being born. I recall him working & humming When the saints go marching in.. I've since used a great locating service he referred. I will be using him again for sink repairs.

Dustin and BSJ Plumbing were great to work with! We needed our water heater flushed and Dustin came out same day. He was extremely professional and helpful in explaining the work he did on our water heater and also future maintenance of our water softener. We would definitely use him again.

They were called to do a job and left a huge water mess in our underground parking area. They were asked to please clean it up and were rude, un professional and hung up on me because they were asked to clean up a mess they made.

Wow, Gregg at G&G Brothers was great! We needed a new water heater quickly - it was a special order type, and he was able to get one (not easy) and do the install quickly and for a very reasonable price. The end result was a clean, quality install - and plenty of hot water!

I purchased a new water heater from here. They came the very next day to install it. There was a manufacturers defect on part of the unit. I called them and they came out the next day and replaced the part with a better part. A couple months after that, there was another manufacturers defect. I called agayand they came out within 2 hours and replaced the entire unit. No questions asked and no cost to me. These 2 issues I had with the unit had nothing to do with this company or the technician that installed it. This is the first company I've used for plumbing/water heater issues and I have no reason to try anyone else. Great company, staff customer service and I recommend them to everyone I know. Nicholas came out and found the problem right away this company is awesome I called they answered and told me he would be here within 30 minutes to an hour he was on time I’m very respectful assess the problem and taken care of for a very reasonable price

Scott and Darrell were fantastic. We had a problem with an inspector on a project and Darrell helped me figure out exactly what we needed to do to make sure the inspector was happy. Scott was our technician and went above and beyond -- climbing up on the roof, jumping in muddy trenches, wading through a house full of construction debris. These guys are seriously awesome.
