We had Darrell come out for a walk through as I thought we had a leak. He easily could have confirmed my fears & charged me for work that didn't need to be done. If I ever do have a plumbing or HVAC issue, he'll be the first one I call! He was very thorough & gave us lots of good info on preventing issues & explained how a lot of household systems work. Our water heater sprung a leak and soaked our closet, walls and carpet.
We called them in the morning when we discovered the leak and by the end of the day we had a new tank in and hot water...
