***UPDATED Yet another outstanding service experience from BSJ. This time Aaron came out to look at our water heater. He even called the water heater manufacturer for us and ordered a replacement part. When we found the item was out of stock, BSJ found an in stock part somewhere else and then Fred came and installed it right away. We thought we were going to have to go without hot water for a long time, but thanks to BSJ, we did not and their pricing was extremely fair!!*** I will DEFINITELY use BSJ for any of my plumbing needs in the future. Neil was our plumber, and he was honest, fair, thorough, and kind. He was able to find a solution to a problem that another plumber was going to charge over 3 times the amount for, and did not have to jackhammer our floor, like the other plumber was going to do. We are very confident in the job he did and the integrity of this company. Not to mention the plumbers wear booties and a mask inside your home, making you feel even more safe and cared for.

Called Dugan because I had a leaking water heater. The technician, Jay used facetime to assist me to shut the unit off and was there first thing the next morning to replace the heater. I would highly recommend Jay and Dugan Plumbing!

Wow, Gregg at G&G Brothers was great! We needed a new water heater quickly - it was a special order type, and he was able to get one (not easy) and do the install quickly and for a very reasonable price. The end result was a clean, quality install - and plenty of hot water!

Emergency service on a Saturday with a house full of grandchildren. Water softener was clogged and causing us to not have water inside the house. Greg knew exactly how to fix it. Took care of problem quickly and at a fair price. Will definitely use again.

Needed a gas line installed to hookup our dryer. Showed up on time to provide a quote. Great price! Came out next day on-time. Installed gas line with on/off valve and dryer hookup hose. Excellent job, highly recommend.

3/22 Update - water shutoff valve broke on move in day to our new home. Called at 10:00AM, there at 12:30PM, fixed by 1:30PM. Awesome job!

5/29 Update - air conditioning unit died. Called at 8:30AM, there by 10:30 AM, fixed by 12:30PM. Awesome job, just needed new capacitor. system backup and working great! 911 is my plumbing company, should be your too!

8/21 Update - Replaced our broken down Master Bath Exhaust Fan with a higher capacity unit. Excellent job, much quieter and really pulls the moisture out. Great job!

Water Pros is amazing!! I received there information from a friend as my father was needing his water heater replaced. Mitch was extremely responsive and came out immediately after contacting him to check out the situation. He was very upfront and honest with our options and costs and came out again the following day to install the new water heater. Solar water heater, got the run around and never followed up. Plus charged a $135 service call. They had no idea what the problem was. I finally found someone who identified the problem immediately. Wasted a couple of weeks with these people and no hot water.

They came to our 3 plex wen't into the unit next door and didn't even check to see if there was a chance of flooding our unit. When they turned the water on next door in the empty unit because the last plumber left the toilet off in our unit, our apartment completely flooded with perhaps 20 gallons of water. They made no effort to clean any of it up and were just going to leave our unit flooded, had no shop vac. Husband had to spend almost $80.00 to purchase one just to clean the water up. When you are on a job it's common practice to walk the area and look for any possible issues that might be present. Which they didn't do! Not at all professional!
