Greg (latest was Wade who was equally awesome) was awesome. He got here as quick as he could and wasted no time taking care of business and just as important, a nice guy. Have had servicemen come out before to fix things for my home who treated it like it was just a job. Also, Greg provided tips and pointers on how to keep a hot water heater alive for a long time.

Austin arrived on-schedule and had our bathroom faucet leak repaired in no time.

Jorge was not only accommodating to scheduling the night before, texting with his ETA, and to coming 30 minutes later than I originally quoted. He was friendly and patient as my 2 year old decided to be his assistant. Got the job done in our bathroom sink with ease and perfection. He quoted 30% below others, showing he values helping people. He also was so kind to give recommendations about things in our new build. Will definitely use him again for more plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

We had Justin and team out to install a misting system we won in a charity raffle. The guys were able to come over quickly and had the job done in less than a day. They also helped us figure out what else we may need to keep our yard cool, without being pushy. The yard is enjoyable now and can't wait for next summer to really enjoy our new system!! Supreme Emergency Service!!! Broken angle stop behind toilet in a tight corner required me to turn off the water to the entire house at 5pm on a Saturday. First call to one of the guys that advertise on TV would have left me without water for several hours. Called Diggers Plumbing and he responded faster than a 911 call.. literally here in minutes. Came out and did a great job fixing the problem at a fair price. We were very pleased and would use Diggers Plumbing again. (Work done fast! As I type this review I would still be waiting for the guy from TV to get here)

This guy is a straight shooter and he is knowledgable! Thanks chris, had no clue what to do about this water coming up in my front yard. I literally had a fountain coming up out of the dirt. I live in mesa, 25 minutes after my call he pulled up in this van that was wrapped with pink and black.
He got to work right away, pricing was fine with me and had me fixed in a couple hours. I mean he had a shovel in his truck and him and someone else that was with him got to work that second!! Set an appointment yesterday 8/8 and Christian just finished up at 8/9. He was great and explained/answered every question I had. Finished up the project very quickly. Was on time within the appointment window and friendly/professional. Will be using Mason pro services if needed again because of Christian!

4/26/2023 Bobby and I miscommunicated on where the new Ruud Water Heater would end up.
Then he starts yelling at me with baseless accusations. Which I found out later that is also on the invoice.

A horrible experience.

I would NOT recommend this company to Anyone.

Great service...glad we have to to call on when needed. Kudos to Mark for taking the time to explain in detail what was going on and pointing out an issue with the meter. The City responded promptly and repaired their problem.

This is a great company. Fantastic service, excellent technicians, with professionalism and humor at the same time. They responded quickly to our call and they took care of our problem.
