Pat and his crew are absolutely fantastic, we really were very impressed with the dedication to solving our problem and the professionalism they showed. We are located in Mesa and Pat made a confusing plumbing situation much better! Fair, reasonable and friendly, we have our new go to plumber. I have given a rating of 5 stars based on the end product. Everything that I needed accomplished was finally done to excellent standards. I had the company install an RV sewer line with a water access, and also to install a faucet to the side of my house. There were some growing pains caused by a misunderstanding of what was acceptable to me, however as stated, the final result is what is important, and it was outstanding. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future!

They fixed the problem quickly, kept me apprised of the repairs (I wasn’t able to be on site), and the repairs looked well done. I would have no hesitation to recommend them.

I had Go Direct come out for a sewer back up that partially flooded my hallway bathroom. They managed to clear my sewer line through my clean-outs and provided me with options on how to maintain my sewer line. They were super fast on getting me scheduled and had quick availability, I would definitely recommend to anyone else with plumbing or drain issues.

Jim does great work. He was very professional and took care of my Bath tub and shower problems as well as a hand sink. He shows up on time and trouble shoots the job and makes sure everything is functioning perfect before he leaves. This is my second time using Sonoran Desert Plumbing and I will highly recommend them to my friends.

Water heater installation and repair service that’s top-notch. Now I have hot water on demand, thanks to them...

Solar water heater, got the run around and never followed up. Plus charged a $135 service call. They had no idea what the problem was. I finally found someone who identified the problem immediately. Wasted a couple of weeks with these people and no hot water.

Dave installed a new water heater, installed new flex in 2 fireplaces, disconnected a sink & faucet, corrected another faucet, replaced several angle stops and added strapping to pipes in the attic. He was punctual and personable and did a thorough & clean job. He was also awesome about explaining what he did. I appreciated the wonderful communication from Dave and from the office, who sent texts to let me know he was en route. recommend.
