After discovering the problem with the toilet, he reinstalled it and checked to see if our other toilet had the same problem—it did. He reinstalled that one and put in our garbage disposal. Lost hot water just before Xmas and our water heater was under warranty. After multiple calls to the manufacturer, hours on the phone, then multiple calls to different service providers who either refused to provide warranty service or wanted to send parts (and be without hot water another week) I was losing hope. I left a message for Donna with Reidhead plumbing fully expecting to be ignored. She called back, agreed to replace the entire unit under warranty and to have someone out before noon the next day. Kenneth showed up early, was professional and quick. I own a service business and love to see a company who embodies customer service. Highly recommend! BTW, I,m NOT impressed with Rheem products or their customer service. Crazy to go through so much to get a 2 year old water heater replaced.

We had a great experience all around with PlumbSmart who just installed a mini split and swamp cooler in our home. Based on quotes from other companies (ie George Brazil) this was the most affordable company, plus they didn't try to upsell a larger unit for a space that didn't require much to cool it down as others had done. Special shout out to Mike & Conlin for their professionalism as well as patience with my request for thermostat placement that was extra challenging but more conspicuous. Finally, their dispatch was really easy to get ahold of and was communicative through the entire process. Highly recommend!

These guys are with the business. I have used them two times now to do liners for us in tucson, first time it was snowing (In Tucson) and they got it done with no problem in record time, second time they were at the job and finished before i got there, crazy fast with no short cuts, and there arsenal of methods to fix or repair pipes is unmatched.
