Best Annual Maintenance in Mesa AZ

This is our first time working with BSJ Plumbing and we are so pleased. Their technician, Joe Money, was very pleasant and explained everything to us in terms that I could understand. He got our shower to give hot water again, and also worked with me to identify two other projects that need to be addressed. But -- he didn't pressure us at all, and helped me figure out flooring issues related to a plumbing leak. We signed up for annual maintenance because I want to work with companies that have given me good service. Thank you, BSJ Plumbing and Joe!!

I called with a shower issue and APS was available within 24 hours. Greg and his peer were both extremely friendly and willing to answer all my questions while still getting the job done quickly and correctly. They were not only punctual to the time that they estimated but they also gave me a heads up call which was much appreciated. I plan on using APS for all my plumbing needs. Thanks guys!

The sump pump in the basement stopped working. Contacted Mason Pro Services through their website. They got right back to me and said they could have someone out that afternoon. The technician arrived when he said he would. He took it apart and we discussed my options. We decided to replace it, so Mack went and bought a new pump and had it working the same day.

Jack was very professional and knowledgeable. He performed a fall tune-up on our heat pump today and went over everything with me when he was finished. Air & Water Mechanical has been a great company to work with.
