Fred was excellent professional and patient he did a great job. Neal came by to help Fred because my job was bigger than we plan and he was also excellent. I talked to Lena I think that is her name and she was very understand about the additional cost. I’m a tough cookie to make happy but I’m a customer from now on. I love how the plumbers support each other very rare today!

Thanks for fixing the AC on the hottest day of the year so far. I understand the capacitor outside swelled and broke and there was a slight leak at the cap out on that unit as well. Glad Nicholas and Riccardo knew what to do quickly and effectively. Thanks again. I have a annual service contract now too. Price for capacitor was WAY inflated I am looking for a call back to explain why!

I had Frederick and Sons out for an A/C unit repair that stopped working. They were able to repair the unit at a reasonable cost. I have used them multiple time for A/C repairs and plumbing repairs. They have always been fair and honest. They have also worked on my mom's home and were significantly less expensive than other competitors.

We are a family of 5. Our house is only 3yrs old and our upstairs unit has gone out 4 times. It went out this morning. Its 105° today and they said they can't come out till Sunday. Today is Wednesday. All of our neighbors have had issues with them as well.
