911 is my lifesaver. I had an old ac/ heating unit that no other company wanted to deal with.. Darrell came over and actually gave me some solutions and took on the job. He said it would take some time but he would get it done. Especially during this Covid when every other company told me they were booked up, couldn't get the supplies, didn't deal with my kind of system, or just plain never called me back. Darrell stayed diligent and professional through the whole process. Heck, they practically built me a whole new system! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 911. I wanted to take the time to personally thank Jack who called me to assist with a very minor issue I had.... Not about the quality of the installation, service or equipment of my recently installed Hot Water Heater - that all got 5 stars. Jack with P&S following up on my minor concern was just a small detail that turned me into a life-long Parker and Son's customer... And having the affordable monthly contract for minor maintenance issues is a nice added benefit which I had them utilize on Thursday checking over my 20 year old AC Unit.

This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He was
professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. I will continue using Mason Pro Services in the future. They come and get the job done with reasonable pricing.

I asked for their services to install a tub. They gave us a price when we first asked stating it would be $95 for the first half hour and $95 every hour after. To my surprise when they sent the invoice they were charging me for 6 hours even though they were there for 4.5 hours. When I called they said they had decided (without my approval) to send an apprentice and therefore it would have taken 2 additional hours had they not sent him (speculation). When I called, the guy just chuckled about it while I was baffled I had to pay $190 extra because of an assumption on their part. Super disappointed, I was gonna use them to install a thermostat and service my AC but I guess I will be looking for a more professional company.

Update. On top of everything that happened the plumber decided to install the wrong valve to begin with so now I have to pay another plumber to put the correct one. Do yourself a favor and hire another company from the beginning.
