After Moms passing we are faced with many issues in trying to prepare to sell her home. We encountered a plumbing issue. Davis Plumbing came out and quickly rodded the main and we thought all was fixed. But in a day we had gurgling in a sink and tub which concerned us naturally. We called Davis again and they came out and re-rodded and were confident that all was well and the 2nd visit was no charge. The first visit was very reasonable and we are very satisfied with their work and attention to our concerns. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues you may have. Jimmy was awesome. The first one to bring a hose with him to wash off the unit. Took pictures of the things he fixed with wires hanging down and loose insulation before and after he fixed them. also recommended a high voltage starter component install for protection against st surges.

Set an appointment yesterday 8/8 and Christian just finished up at 8/9. He was great and explained/answered every question I had. Finished up the project very quickly. Was on time within the appointment window and friendly/professional. Will be using Mason pro services if needed again because of Christian!

I am torn on the star rating. I was very pleased with Arizona Duke's in the past and I have even recommended them to my real estate clients. However, I am recently extremely disappointed at the lack of responsiveness and communication. We had our AC serviced at the end of April to avoid any down time this summer. Our AC went out June 6. Arizona Duke's was unable to come out for a couple days due to high volume (very understandable, not upset). We got another AC person to come same day and within minutes noticed the problem was outside and the foam protecting the line from unit to home was saturated. Upon cutting it back it was full of refrigerant. The technician then found a micro leak in the line and we were educated that this has been going on for quite sometime. This in turn, caused our compressor to fail. Now, I am out the money for a new compressor and we were low 10 lbs of refrigerant. Thats a significant amount to not be noticed upon the service we had received, especially since it was a micro leak. I am very disappointed that I had emailed to resolve this and never received a response and also called the office to discuss and was told I would get a call back from a manager and never did.

Had employee show up completely unprofessional and rude.

The fee came to $231.
I could have had a new toilet installed for that price.

These people have become more like trusted family..... so honest and reliable! Herb came right on the scheduled time and took care of out maintenance, explained everything to a tee. Cleaned up so you would never know anyone was around....great company with great employees. Well trusted and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Signed contract 7/25/2022 sent 6,650.00, it is now January 10th, nothing done, can't get ahold of anyone.
