Great Handyman Service. I needed help putting together some furniture, and he did a great job.

I woke up Sunday morning to see the street flooded from my water main. I just had a plumber “repair” it 2 days ago and it burst again! I called Mr. Degan on Sunday to leave a VM. He called me back within 10 min and said that he was at church and would come to me in 1 hr. He did come and fixed the leak the same day. I had water again in 5 hrs! Mr. Degan was a God-sent to me! I called several other plumbers before I reached Mr. Degan and they all were either too busy or gave me a crazy estimate of $1,700 (from Conway Services)! Mr. Degan fixed my water main for $375! Mr. Degan is a deeply religious man and he treats his customers like God would want him to do so. Unfortunately, you will not be able to find such an honest plumber. Did I say that Mr. Degan was God-sent to me?!

Exceptional customer service! It's really hard trusting reviews these days but I am still blown away from my experience. I called Tuesday after 4:30pm. The customer servers rep was VERY friendly & understanding. I was very panicky bc I had to cut off the main water to avoid my bathroom potentially overflooding. Within 10 mins, I received a called from my service tech, Tyler. He was exceptional. He understood the assignment! He made it out at 5:30 & repaired the issue by 6:05p all DURING a severe thunderstorm of 65 mph winds. I was expecting us to delay but Tyler was so committed. I am so amazed. You all have earned a faithful customer. Best in this business!

I have used Culpepper for all of our family homes and suggested them to many other friends,however after my last two experiences with this company I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Our last experience with this company was a TOTAL DISASTER after 3 hours and not fixing a toilet and making black hand prints and black shoe marks on white wool carpet the 2 people decided to leave the job. I think it was a good time for them to do so. In ending I would give this company a negative 5 star rating. Maybe it is time for this family business to CLOSE.

Deceptive business practices. Asked for kitchen faucet installation and estimate on leaking basement drain. Was told that two plumbers would come if required to do the job. Since job was a simple kitchen faucet installation, only one plumber was needed. But one plumber came and along with his very inexperienced apprentice. They charged $80 per hour for each for over five hours. Plumber was competent and polite, but left house with faucet failing to shut off properly and without giving estimate. I called the office about 10 times asking for assistance with persistent leaking faucet and for the promised estimate on basement drain. Receptionist was invariably polite, but the return call she promised multiple times from the manager never came. We finally had to call another plumber to fix the faucet and the basement drain. Exorbitant prices. Terrible value. Horrible customer service. Very disappointing.

i had a sewer back up on 2 toilets, I called on a Saturday afternoon around 3 pm, and Bobby, a on call technician was at my house by 4 pm. What an outstanding and hard working guy. He didn't stop until he figured out the problem. I would recommend this company and Bobby to Anyone out there who's needing a quick turnaround and nothing but professionalism. Thank you All Clear.

Anthony took the time to meticulously check my basement's amenities to make sure they complied with all the inn regulations. He discussed the prices and his intentions in great detail. He provided exceptional client help. He made design suggestions that improved the use of the area. Outstanding customer service and attention to each individual order were provided. If I had the money, I would start the project immediately now, and in that case, I would feel extremely comfortable.

Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. Please accept my sincere gratitude.

DO NOT hire them for electrical work you have aluminum wIring. I took the wall plates off to straighten them because when they installed them they left them crooked and not flush with the wall and I discovered they had pigtailed the Aluminum wires to copper using twisters that weren't rated for Aluminum ( aluminum to copper ones are always purple these were red).

Also, I thought that all outlets in bathrooms had to be GFCI but they installed one that wasn't.
I don't have time to check up behind people I hire to make sure they are doing stuff up to code.
At least I found this issue before it burned my house down.

It is a shame too because it is hard to find electrians and other contractors that are as quick to respond as these guys.

Neighborhood plumbing always gets recommended by me. I've used them on several occasions. They respond immediately and do the work very quickly. Price is always good. I would say always better than any place I've ever dealt with.
Highly recommend them.
