So surprised seeing the reviews, they used a contractor so unprprofessional; sub contractor Ericksen Appliance came to my home to do the repair on a Kenmore Elite refrigerator /freezer. He was onetime for the visit, he diagnosed it and told me it was the compressor and he would have to order it, he would see if could get it locally but he would call me and let me know when the part would be here. Not only did he (Daniel Ericksen)not notify Thur.&Fri.I called his office Friday twice and they said he hadn't completed the paperwork.Called Candu afterward they said Ericksen hadn't completed ticket that he took the visit. Candu apologized.

We had several plumbing companies out to camera our old sewer line. Kelly was the most knowledgeable and explained every step of the process. We will always call Roto-Rooter for our plumbing issues.
