Amazing amazing and kid the top. Friday our motor on AC blower in attic blew and needed to be replaced. I knew Ruvi could get the job done and yes he did I was sad to have called another company choates at first who came out and gave me a crazy quote. They charged me 120 bucks and did not even do the work. Choates garbage snd screwed up everything in my attic so had to have Ruvi fix it all. Amazing service and at 1/3 the price choates quoted. Always go with small business and always Gibber service

Deceptive business practices. Asked for kitchen faucet installation and estimate on leaking basement drain. Was told that two plumbers would come if required to do the job. Since job was a simple kitchen faucet installation, only one plumber was needed. But one plumber came and along with his very inexperienced apprentice. They charged $80 per hour for each for over five hours. Plumber was competent and polite, but left house with faucet failing to shut off properly and without giving estimate. I called the office about 10 times asking for assistance with persistent leaking faucet and for the promised estimate on basement drain. Receptionist was invariably polite, but the return call she promised multiple times from the manager never came. We finally had to call another plumber to fix the faucet and the basement drain. Exorbitant prices. Terrible value. Horrible customer service. Very disappointing.

Dalton with Mitch Wright came out same day, and we were only charged one diagnostic fee even though he looked at four different plumbing issues. He was helpful and knowledgeable and gave honest advice about what we could do ourselves, and what would be best left to the professionals. The work he did on our tub (clearing the drain and replacing a leaking faucet) was quick, high quality, and cost the amount he said it would cost with no surprises. They're not the cheapest plumbers in town, but the pricing is fair and the work is very reliable. I plan to continue to call them for any plumbing needs.

There was an issue with a bursted pipe from a fridge

We used the online appointment request on a Sunday evening to ask for service on Monday. That was very convenient! We received an email in the morning to confirm and then a call 20 minutes before the serviceman arrived. He was right on time, super-friendly, and listened to our explanation of the problem. He immediately knew what the issue was and how to resolve it, which he did in less than 30 minutes. We appreciated the ease of making the appointment, the speed, and Jermaine's technical skills.
