Wow do they have incredible service. We had what turned out to be a main line blockage discovered at midnight. Tried finding an emergency plumber. All were booked up for the night already. Only Will with Smith’s plumbing offered to help at least trouble shoot and identify the problem over the phone to see what we were dealing with. After he helped me diagnose the problem, he apologized for being booked through the night but promised to call me in the morning, which he did.Not only did he come by to take a look for himself, but he got the job done that day - on a Sunday! My entire house was without water because of the blockage and now it’s up and running in time for our Christmas party. He even helped arrange a specialist to look at the water damage.Five stars is not enough. Should be 10 stars. I know who to call from now on.

Gibber services came right away to help me when the pipes froze! They were so kind and knowledgeable. They gave a detailed description for my insurance company and repaired the pipe with an upgraded material. I highly recommend them.

I’ve used Hiller for over 5 years for my electrical, plumbing, and HVAC and have never had a technician that was rude. Very professional. My servicing yesterday by Nakkita, Devin and Corie was professional, educational and informative. When I have had issues about something, Hiller worked with me to rectify the issue. My only thumbs down is that the techs are transient, I.e., going from one company to another as they shop salaries and benefits, in such a competitive market. I would recommend Hiller to others.

Ross was the second person to come out. He was very kind , and he explained what he was doing. He answered all the questions I had and was thorough on all the details. He was totally awesome. If we have to use traditional plumbing again, I will ask for him.

The technician Reggie came in an located the problem quickly and was clear about what he was doing. He also was polite and respectful of the social distancing due to covid-19 and took the proper precautions to insure the cleanliness of our home due to coming in and out of the rain.

This is a first class company. I have used them for many years. They do great work and are very clean.

They came out to fix my toilet some time in February 2022. I called last week and told them my toilet still was not completely flushing correctly. Technician came back today and rebuilt the toilet which he should have done in February, but they charged me for another service call. I was happy to pay for parts but not services I’ve already paid for. Will never use them again.
