They came for a busted pipe and stayed and helped me with my AC too!!! Only one service charge and nothing else. Very respectful and cleaned up after themselves which shows respect of your home!

My second review. There was an issue unrelated to the original that Shane addressed by coming out after the original repair at no charge. When this company tells you they warranty their work it’s not lip service. I couldn’t recommend Shane or Traditional Plumbing more.

Firm scheduled appointment for a convenient time and crew arrived promptly. Prices are reasonable.

Been without air for almost two weeks. Don’t want to answer phone calls. Technician calls 10 mins before and says it’s a 2-3 hr job to get done. We been all day on him. He says we can reschedule till the next morning. The next morning no show no calls answered and then finally woman calls and says it will be Monday. Apparently companies that do work for warranty companies don’t care. She told me that cash customers have priority. What a crock. I will never recommend them to anyone and the next time if my warranty company sends them out then I will refuse them and they can call someone else.
