Chase S. was assigned to my service request. He arrived promptly, was clean and polite. He was able to do the repair (leaky water spigot) right away. He answered my questions and even has a sense of humor. When the job was done and paid he was able to email me my invoice. I am very happy with the service and price.

Roger came in and took care of everything asked. Even went above and beyond explaining what was going on while answering other questions. I will be calling again if there is another issue.

we had a water leak in the center of our home -- under the foundation slab. River City provided a solution without breaking up the concrete. They fixed the leak, and provided help with the sheet rock repairs.
