I’m changing my review. I canceled service with them for the membership, and two months later they are still charging me. I thought maybe that first month it was because it was the same month I canceled, but I just got charged again. So that seems a bit devious. They were very overpriced for a hot water heater, so I went with my usual plumbing company who installed a new tank, and brought the gas line up to code (which SE didn’t include in the quote or mention was not to code) for over $1000 less. The first technician who visited last year was nice and professional, but that’s about all I can say.

Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. Dalton came to repair our water heater and was extremely professional and friendly. He even let my 3 year old “help”. The price was fair, and I love the fact that they send an email with the technician’s name and photo prior to the appointment. I would definitely use them again.

We called Tim Ferguson after our air went out on a weekend. Our appointment was scheduled for 7-9 pm but Casey actually showed up around 2. It turned out to be the condenser and he was able to go get one and install it by 5! We have used Tim Ferguson for years and have always been pleased with their response and work!

Just called Neighborhood Plumbing and tried to make an appt to replace my water line from the meter to the house. When I told them I was digging my own ditch they told me they had machines and people to did and if was doing that part myself I should call someone else!
