While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. Excellent customer service. My cold water line in the kitchen was leaking, and I made it worse by messing with it and trying to tighten it incorrectly. Couldn’t stop the leak so turned off the mains and called Tim Ferguson after hours. The operator got me on the line with a technician, and he was able to diagnose the problem immediately over the phone. Saved me a ton of stress and money. Will definitely be calling them in the future for plumbing service.
