I have used Culpepper for all of our family homes and suggested them to many other friends,however after my last two experiences with this company I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Our last experience with this company was a TOTAL DISASTER after 3 hours and not fixing a toilet and making black hand prints and black shoe marks on white wool carpet the 2 people decided to leave the job. I think it was a good time for them to do so. In ending I would give this company a negative 5 star rating. Maybe it is time for this family business to CLOSE.

Very nice guys and super responsive! They put in a hot water heater for us the same day we called and they were hundreds less than competitors.

The Original Owner was a wealth of information! The new owner is not trustworthy. I recommended him on the basis that I had done business with his Father who was a stand up guy, always fair and honest. However, he has been out to my sons house twice, and has charged them a fortune, for almost no work, plus one of the original calls, instead of just telling them that he doesn't work on appliance related problems, he comes out and does nothing, then wanted to charge $350. My daughter in law at least got him to clear the shower drain for that amount! Ridiculous! I will NOT recommend this company ever again!

This was the first of many times that I will be using this company. My plumber Colton and his partner were both very professional and knowledgeable. They were also very friendly and easygoing, and my daughter loved them as well. I will definitely be using them for future projects.

Dwight was my technician and he was very knowledgeable. I described my problem as best I could and he listened and explain to me in terms that were understandable for a layman like myself. He plainly described what he was going to do step by step and the cost invovled ( which is an important factor for me and my budget). I appreciated his kindness and courtesy. I have nothing but high praise for Dwight. He got the job done!

So I originally found this company on Angie's list about 7 years ago. They have been my go to guys ever since. Super professional, reasonably priced. Very nice people to work with. Never felt uncomfortable when anyone was in my home.

It’s a rarity to have the person who answers the phone be so friendly and knowledgeable these days.
She called me back in less than 5 minutes from me leaving a message, qualified my needs, and booked an appointment same day. When they had a cancellation, the tech called and asked if I’d like to move my appointment 2 hours sooner, which worked out perfectly. The techs arrived 5 minutes early and after completion off the job, they took the time to explain preventive maintenance to eliminate the problem from reoccurring. Perfect experience. I Highly recommend this company.
